CloudCheckr Engineering designs, builds, and maintains a massively scaled, n-tier application in the cloud on the Microsoft stack (C#, .NET, IIS, and SQL Server). The application, hosted in AWS, is served as HTML5 and JQuery for maximum performance. The team continuously enhances the application by applying the latest technologies and will soon be introducing a new CI/CD pipeline using Docker and Kubernetes as we move to a micro-services architecture.
The CloudCheckr global sales team engages our customers directly through Regional Account Teams and indirectly through the most highly recognized IT Distributors and MSPs. Our house accounts include some of the world’s largest commercial banks, media companies, telcos, and elite colleges, while our selling partners connect us to other enterprises, SMBs, and government agencies. While we focus primarily in the Americas and EMEA, we are proud to have customers all over the world.
The Customer Success team mission at CloudCheckr is to ensure we deliver a highly satisfying customer experience, maximize product adoption and ultimately enable our users to demonstrate value from our application. From initial onboarding and training to new feature launch support and periodic roadmap reviews, our dedicated Customer Success team members engage clients throughout their journey and are their advocates to the Product and Engineering teams at CloudCheckr.
The CloudCheckr Product team is inspired to innovate and build for future value. Product managers identify market problems, documents requirements to address them, and prioritize the work of our Engineering department to enhance our products. We already have the world’s leading cloud management platform to build cloud confidence in cost, billing, security, and compliance. Now CloudCheckr is expanding in both breadth and depth and building for the next generation of cloud services.
