Mike Cleary joined CloudCheckr as Senior Vice President of Global Customer Success with more than 30 years of experience building and developing teams focused on providing outstanding customer experiences.

Improving support practices, ensuring high customer retention rates, and improving all areas of post-sales customer lifecycle has been a constant in Mike’s professional career. At CloudCheckr, Mike delivers the direction, guidance, and experience necessary for our enterprise, MSP, and public sector customers to achieve success.

Before joining CloudCheckr, Mike led the delivery of support services for Ellucian, the market leader in higher education software. In this role, he led product support, contract renewals, and operations.  His teams earned technology industry recognition for Best Practices in the Delivery of Support Services and Innovations in Knowledge Management, as well as for the use of intelligent and predictive search technologies to streamline the post-sales customer experience.

Mike began his career in the technology industry developing administrative applications for the University of Utah, where he earned his undergraduate degree in Computer Science.
